OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 22, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Rita E. Anderson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with KPMG, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-19 dated January 21, 1998; and (
b) appoint Rita E. Anderson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, for a term to expire August 31, 2005.
