Section 20 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to repeal the Purchase of Public Service Regulations, N.S. Reg. 20/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-134 dated February 21, 1995, effective on and after September 30, 2005.
