OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated September 28, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works to: (

a) exercise an option which is contained in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated April 20, 2017, with Banc Commercial Holdings Limited, for the purchase of land located at Oland Crescent and Suzie Lake Crescent, on the west side of Chain Lake Drive, Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council; (

b) execute such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order; and (

c) enter into a net debt obligation for the capital costs of the land purchase.
