OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated January 8, 2007, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of an additional loan of $176,200 to Den Haan Enterprises Limited of RR#3 Lawrencetown, Annapolis County, to cover cost over runs associated with the installation of a biomass burner; and (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 6.2% per annum compounded semi-annually, not in advance.
