OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 16, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after March 26, 2024, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement with Statistics Canada, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
