Order in Council 695/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, a French Language University Planning Board was established by O.C. 919 /2016 for a period ending no later than March 31, 2017, which term was continued for a period from April 1, 2017 and ending no later than September 30, 2017 by O.C. 647/2017,

And

whereas O.C. 919/2016 provided that the members of the Board shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council for terms ending no later than March 31, 2017, and that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one member as Chair of the Board, and O.C. 647/2017 provides that those terms of appointment may be continued for terms from April 1, 2017 and ending no later than September 30, 2017;

Therefore ,

Dyane Adam, Saint-François-de-l’Île-d’Orléans

is re-appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member of the French Language University Planning Board for a term effective April 1, 2017, and ending no later than September 30, 2017;

And further , Dyane Adam is re-appointed Chair of the French Language University Planning Board for the period of her appointment, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
