Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Dog Bay Pond

under the

Environment Act

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Dog Bay Pond Water Supply Area

for the Local Service District of Stoneville as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows:
