OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 29, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the following persons as Commissioners for taking Affidavits, which appointments were made pursuant to Order in Council 97-25 dated January 14, 1997: Ann Louise MacNeil of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Wendy Robinson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Deborah Anne Seymour of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (
b) revoke the appointment of Lesley Munroe of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-456 dated September 6, 2000.
