Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act, and

Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2011,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, Respecting Worker Recruitment and Protection, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 30, 2011.
