OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 12, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to:

a) acquire land located at Giants Lake, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, presently identified by PIDs 35178201, 35178565, 35221886 and 35180249 that are outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Five Islands Forest Development Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $247,640 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Five Islands Forest Development Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
