OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 18, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective December 19, 2003, to: (

a) confirm the appointment of the Honourable Michael G. Baker, Q.C., as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; and (

b) designate the following Members of the Executive Council to be members of Treasury and Policy Board, a Committee of the Executive Council: Honourable Ronald S. Russell Honourable Ernest L. Fage Honourable Jamie Muir Honourable Peter G. Christie Honourable Angus MacIsaac Honourable John F. Hamm, who shall be an ex officio member
