CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Travelling Shows Act [Assented to March 5, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.63 The Travelling Shows Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1959, c.4, s.1.

Section amended Paragraph of

section is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “show” “2 ‘ show’ means menagerie, circus, carnival, wild west show, trained animal show, fortune-telling, palmistry, horoscopy, game of chance or skill or mixed chance and skill, or animals or mechanical devices used for riding for amusement”. 1959, c.4, s.2.

Section amended Subsection (1) of
