OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated May 27, 2024, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased, effective on and after July 2, 2024, to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) selling Crown lands currently identified as a portion of PID 60634912, containing approximately 1.0 hectare (2 acres) located in Chester, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation to the Chester Municipal Heritage Society, or its approved successors or assigns, for $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
