Order in Council 693/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Physiotherapy Act, 1991 , Richard O’Brien of Georgina be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 29, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
