OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 1, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcels 09-N, 09-N1 and 09-N2 being 8.885 hectares; 3050.2 square metres; and 390.1 square metres, respectively, more or less, lying and being at Lower South River, Antigonish County, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan marked
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of construction of Provincial Highway 104.
