The Commissioner of Income Tax orders that the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
(
a) effective September 1, 2013, as set out in the attached Appendix 1,
(
b) effective April 1, 2014, as set out in the attached Appendix 2,
(
c) effective June 30, 2014, as set out in the attached Appendix 3, and
(
d) as set out in the attached Appendix 4.

Appendix 1
Schedule 1 of the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
by adding the following item as indicated:

(
b) in item 89 by striking out “ welder (level “A”) ” in Column 1 and substituting “ welder ”.
Appendix 3
Schedule 1 of the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended in item 48.1 by striking out “ graduate ” in Column 3 and substituting “ complete level 2 ”.
Schedule 2 is amended by adding the following item as indicated:
