Order in Council 712/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 439/2017 dated February 22, 2017, made pursuant to subsections 250(1) and 250(3) of the Credit Union and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 , Stephen Blakely has been serving as a member and the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario;

And

whereas Stephen Blakely has resigned effective April 30, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 439/2017 is hereby revoked effective April 30, 2018.
