Order in Council 1325/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of Ontario Regulation 618/98 made under the Development Corporations Act ,

Ruth-Ann Nieuwesteeg of Niagara Falls

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Destination Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
