OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 3, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to release to Bertram A. Hebb Jr. and Hilda L. Hebb, their heirs, executors, assigns and successors in title, the Crown's interest in a Right of Way over the lands of Bertram A. Hebb Jr. and Hilda L. Hebb, aforesaid, situated at Port Royal, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
