Order in Council 1164/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Dana Irene Haklander, Barrister and Solicitor of Komoka, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective September 12, 2024.
