CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Tax Enforcement Act (Assented to May 15, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Tax Enforcement Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978, c.T-2 The Tax Enforcement Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 4(3) is amended by striking out “$1 except where the description of the parcel is by metes and bounds and in that case the sum shall not exceed $4” and substituting “the amount prescribed in the regulations”. New

section 37.1 The following

section is added after

section 37: Regulations “37.1 For the purpose of carrying out this Act according to its intent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing any matter or thing that is required or authorized by this Act to be prescribed in the regulations”.
