Order in Council 1403/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 45 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 , Candice White of Hastings be appointed as full-time chief executive officer of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of November 25, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
