Order in Council 1909/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990 , c. C.49, the appointment of Mr. Guy Warren Roy as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 989/2000 and dated May 31, 2000 be revoked effective August 31, 2017.
