OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 14, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of

Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act , is pleased, effective on and after June 15, 2023, to appoint Angela Doris Caseley, K.C. of Bedford, Nova Scotia, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
