On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 29/2014 dated January 15, 2014 that reappointed

Claude Belcourt of Sudbury

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Sudbury and District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
