OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated April 11, 2007, is pleased, effective on and after May 18, 2007, to (
a) repeal the Order exempting certain petroleum products in the offshore area from the Petroleum Resources Act, N.S. Reg. 154/84, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 84-891 dated July 26, 1984; and (
b) make new regulations withdrawing certain petroleum products in the offshore area from the Petroleum Resources Act in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
