OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated February 28, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering in to the Agreement to Amend the Canada-Nova Scotia Labour Market Development Agreement , in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and enter into the Canada-Nova Scotia Workforce Development Agreement , in the form set forth in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
