OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated September 14, 2020, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a deed to convey Crown lands, which include the former railway station known as the Middleton Railway Museum, being a portion of PID 05091921, and containing approximately 0.61 hectare (1.5 acres), located at Middleton, Annapolis County, shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Middleton Railway Museum Society, its successors or assigns, for the consideration of $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
