Order in Council 1479/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Shelley Tapp

be appointed Deputy Minister of Transportation, effective December 29, 2018, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months.

And that Order in Council O.C. 984/2018, dated June 29, 2018, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
