OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 5, 2000, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of
Chapter 248 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Holdings Disclosure Act, is pleased to: (
a) accept the resignation of David A. Steeves of the Halifax Regional Municipality, as Registrar of Land Holdings; and (
b) appoint Donald L. Parker of Hilden, Colchester County, as Registrar of Land Holdings, the appointment to be effective April 3, 2000.
