B.C. Reg. 10/2007, deposited February 2, 2007, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210 (3.1)]. Order in Council 34/2007, approved and ordered February 1, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 5, 2007,

section 43.05 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (a) (

i) by striking out "$16.00" and substituting "$17.00",

(

b) in paragraph (a) (ii) by striking out "$13.50" and substituting "$14.00", and

(

c) by repealing the table in paragraph (

b) and substituting the following:
