OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 14, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Susan Elizabeth MacDonnell of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire August 15, 2000, which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-620 dated August 9, 1995; and (
b) appoint Susan Elizabeth MacDonnell of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
