OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2003-369 dated August 18, 2003, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Jamie Muir, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2006-105 dated February 17, 2006; (

b) assign responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Barry Barnet, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Communications Nova Scotia.
