OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated June 10, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Geoff Gatien of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member representing the civil service to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing July 5, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2025; and (
b) reappoint Kenzie McNeil of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member recommended by the Association of Municipal Administrators of Nova Scotia to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing July 5, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2025.
