OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 27, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Natural Resources to:

a) acquire land at Hampton, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, presently identified by PIDs 05170675, 05170683 and 05216239 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from the Town of Bridgetown or its approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $448,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that the Town of Bridgetown or its successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
