Order in Council 104/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter H.8,

Franco Alulio

be appointed as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective on and after the date of approval.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 2427/2017 dated the December 14, 2017 appointing Frank Alulio as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.

And Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1910/2016 dated the December 7, 2016 appointing Mary Janet Dadufalza as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.
