OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 10, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Justice entering into a Project Funding Agreement for the period April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2026 with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, regarding Nova Scotia's Victim Services Project activities respecting a project entitled “Enhancement of Services for Victims of Crime in Nova Scotia”, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
