OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 5, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to authorize the Deputy Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to: (

a) enter into a Litigation Agreement in the form as set out in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) approve such other agreements, documents and instructions as may be required to give effect to this Order.
