Order in Council 774/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Dirk VanderBent of Hamilton be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective October 22, 2026.
