Order in Council 1241/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1311/2021 dated September 29, 2021, appointing Tatiana Perlin as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective June 15, 2022.
