OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 24, 1998, pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Medical Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia, of amendments to the College of Physicians and Surgeons Registration Regulations approved by Order in Council 96 638 dated August 28, 1996, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
