section 344.1 of the Local Government Act by the Tech B.C. Partnership Agreement Property Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 14450, adopted by the council of the City of Surrey, are also exempted under section 131 (8) of the School Act for the purposes of section 131 (5) of that Act, to the same extent and for the same period that the properties are exempted under the bylaw as it was adopted on July 16, 2001.
