OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated April 24, 2006, pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and

Section 7 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Deputy Minister Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2005-58 dated February 11, 2005; (

b) approve the Deputy Minister Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005; (

c) approve the Deputy Minister Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006; (

d) approve the Deputy Minister Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "III" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2006; (

e) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Management Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2005-58 dated February 11, 2005; (

f) approve the Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "IV" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005; (

g) approve the Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "V" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006; (

h) approve the Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "VI" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2006; (

i) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Administrative Support Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2005-58 dated February 11, 2005; (

j) approve the Administrative Support Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "VII" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005; (

k) approve the Administrative Support Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "VIII" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006; (

l) approve the Administrative Support Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "IX" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2006; (

m) effective April 1, 2006, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2005-411 dated September 30, 2005; (

n) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "X" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2006.
