OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 8, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a further term of office commencing August 1, 2004, and ending July 31, 2009: \x09 (i)\x09A. Franceen Romney of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, \x09\x09(ii) H.F. MacIntyre of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, (iii) Ray E. O'Blenis of Stellarton, Pictou County, (iv) James F. Richards of Truro, Colchester County, (

v) W. Michael Cooke of Halifax Regional Municipality, and (vi)\x09C. Gavin Giles of Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) determine the remuneration for the above Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour for each sitting of the court, One-Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a stated case, and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at the rates payable to public servants.
