Order in Council 45/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Mark Mascarenhas of Stoney Creek be reappointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a period effective November 30, 2016, and ending October 25, 2017.

Further,

whereas Mark Mascarenhas was appointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective October 26, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1455/2015;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1455/2015 be revoked effective November 30, 2016.
