OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 22, 1998, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality relating to work on certain highways within the Municipality, which work is specified in Construction Agreement No. CB-10 dated August 18, 1998, set forth in
Schedule "A", the location of which is set forth on a plan marked
Schedule "B", both Schedules being attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
