OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 26, 1999, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 3.848 acres, more or less, situate at or near Port Williams, Kings County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as Lot 5 and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Irvine Gates and Son Limited of Port Williams, Kings County, subject to access easements in favour of Lot 2 and in favour of Bill Gates, for the price of $3,278.40; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
