CHAPTER

An Act to repeal The Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation Act (Assented to May 4, 1993) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation Repeal Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.S-30 repealed 2(1) The Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation Act is repealed.

(2) On the day that this Act comes into force, the assets and liabilities of the corporation continued pursuant to The Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation Act are transferred at their book value to the Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan. Coming into force This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.
