Order in Council 1091/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 , c. 26, being the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 , come into force:

Schedule 3, s. 40-43.
