Order in Council 480/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 17(3) of the Police Services Act, as amended,

Kari Dart

be appointed as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
